I am looking for someone to create a MVP product with bare minimum functionalities with few added features.

System to create shows based on task template (csv/json), which is basically a database to hold and track data. Only manager should be able to do this.
Ability to upload media AS version components.
Manager will ideally upload media to editorial task of shot/reference task of asset.
User can bid for a task looking at edit or reference. Submit media for assigned tasks, which will be available as version/component and will be versioned up with each submission. Only assigned user or a manager can submit media.
Bid: After login a user can see all shows open to bidding. And shows in which he has assigned tasks.
Inside a show he can see all unassigned tasks open for bidding (+editorial and reference tasks). And his own assigned tasks.
User can then play editorial version and check notes for scope of work.
For the task he is interested in he can select task > Switch to Bidding tab in side pane > Enter Bid time and quote, any notes and submit.
Manager can view all bids by every user in this tab, a user can only see/modify his own bid.
Manager can then click approve button next to a bid to assign that user to the task.
Manager can also assign tasks to a bidding user at task level, change task status to 'open for bid/assigned/approved' etc. Can approve version submissions by changing version status.
Once a version is approved, generate an invoice for the person based on his approved bids for the job and email to defined user group (say finance).
A UI mockup will be uploaded soon to explain things further.
