Required CSS3,HTML5 freelancer for web platform design front-end development job

We are looking for Junior developer-designer, to deal with the design part of our platform.

The will be done using only html, css and javascript, also - some libraries for graphs and bootstrap.

The work will be for four days. In the first we will see how you do, you will need to create the main page and add re-sizable navigation bar on the side.

Your rate should be lower than 7 $/h.
