Hi, i'm looking for someone to give me some guidance in relation to a BLDC controller project that i'm working on that involves driving a bldc motor in either FOC mode or normally at the flick of a switch with a mobile app (the app and software will be taken care of later by myself).
Essentially, all I need at the moment is an overview of how you would design and implement the electronics of such a system that would minimise costs and simplify the circuitry.
I would like your advice to explain how I could save costs by re-using existing designs and components to make the project easier and cheaper to develop as I do not have the skill set to design it from scratch with each and every component. For instance, there are many open source schematics available for FOC BLDC controllers such as VESC etc which you could reference to point me in the right direction.
I will be happy to pay up to your guidance that would need to be at least 500 words (roughly one page). You will have to talk about specific components you would use (stm32f4, mosfets, drv8302 etc) and why, which firmware would you use and also the implementation of calibrating the FOC for smooth running in a way that is quick and easy.
Also I will be implementing a esp32 wifi module, microprocessor and stepper driver as separate components; if you have any help or guidance that could be used to combine these components with the BLDC controller to reduce cost and simplify the design even further, I will pay extra for this.
Alternatively, if you have designed anything similar to this before or have access to schematics or pcb files, than I would be happy to buy them off you for a price in the region.
