We have a Ruby code base that runs multiple jobs on our website. We deployed a piece of code and saw that it bloated up one table in our database because of several updates that happened in this table - We checked that database table and server logs. We suspect that 2 columns in that table are taking up the most size.
We need to remove the bloat in our database (82% bloat in the biggest table) and prevent such bloat from being created in the future. We have auto-vacuum enabled in PostgreSQL v11.
We need a database/SQL expert who Has removed bloat before through partial/full vacuum and knows how to vacuum analyze databases and tables. We are under a strict deadline so need someone who talks less and gets the job done within a day.
