Required Structural Engineering freelancer for Structural Engineering for a Small Concrete Pad for Hot Water Boilers job

We need a CAD drawing and structural calculations for a concrete pad for six (6) hot water boilers. Each boiler is 24'Wx30'Lx70'H and weighs 1400 pounds. We also need the drawing to show anchoring details for the boilers. We need the drawing and calculations to be stamped by a licensed California structural engineer. Concrete pad must meet the requirements of Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety. Project is located in Los Angeles, CA.
