Required software development freelancer for Salesforce Lightning - Consultant job

We are a small team of Real Estate professionals that needs assistance with obtaining a strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and all of its essential functionality. We want to understand it deeply so that we can decide what best practice will be for what we want to accomplish. We all understand the basic functionality of SF Classic, ex: creating accounts, contacts, setting tasks, and sending emails, and we currently have a database of 300+ accounts and just over 1000 contacts.

Ideally, we need someone who knows the ins and outs of Salesforce Lightning, high-level, to do Screen-Share style, recorded trainings in one hour 'segments'. However, if you are a SF Lightning wizard and feel there is a better way to learn the system at a high level, we're more than open to discuss!
