Need to set up an automated - tele calling service.
The database consists of 55,000 customers. The database is extracted from an online portal daily and can be fed into the system manually. The database will consist of customer phone number and the last date they picked up delivery for our product.
A specific date range will be given to the tele calling service and these customers will be reminded via call to book the product again. If the choose this option their tag will be updated, if they didn't answer they could receive a call again after 24 hrs and if they decline to book their number will be deleted.
The daily volume is about 1000 calls, all messages will be pre-recorded in 3 languages.
Finally, the budget is negotiable. I didn't know the cost of a set up like this and put in a low estimate. So please feel free to let me know your charges.
