- Coordinate program follow ups (internal) and updates providing clear communication on the program overall progress
- Gathering, tracking, and maintaining of program specific risks, issues and action items in their associated logs.
- Maintain a program plan/timeline and track overall progression and dependencies
- Participate in meetings with team members to determine progress of work and identify additional follow up needs/actions.
- Provide general administrative support including monitoring calendar and setting up meetings.
- Ensure program procedures and policies are executed and functioning according to QSPs.
- Prepare program dashboards and summary reports for program meetings.
- Exercise discretion in managing correspondence and information, escalating issues where appropriate.
- Act as central point of communication for core team members on program issues.
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Work and Project (2010) Knowledge of Share Point is an asset. Bilingual, 1-2 years experience, BAC degree in a related field.
It would be Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week.
