I have designed and developed an ELECTRIC MOTOR/GENERATOR that is unique in its design and its architecture. I'm looking to create a full model of this design in Lieu of actually building a functioning prototype.
The intent of this gig is to create a virtual prototype with full FEM measurements, and various RPMs for different layers and functionality (motor/generator) animation, which can be used to present to the industry in lieu of an actual physical prototype.
Is your modeling sufficient to provide full information and analysis about the flux path on multiple layers, the heat generated, optimal rpm operations, again for multiple layers of an annular type generator/motor?
The meaning of these questions is "Will your modeling we able to function like or very similar to an actual physical electromechanical machine, to the point where the mechanical functionality and testing of the device can be totally excepted by the engineering staff evaluating the electromechanical machine?
