We are seeking assistance with troubleshooting issues with Outlook for MAC. A strong experience with MS Exchange, Outlook Web Access (OWA), and Office 365 as well would be good. We need someone who is willing to understand our systems and processes and be able to contact directly when we need assistance troubleshooting issues.
Sample issues include delegate access set up, calendar syncing, emails not being found, and formatting. We've used Microsoft support, but there are two issues with this:
1 - we need to spend time relaying basic information on every ticket (we'd like to find someone who can learn our environment and typical workflows)
2 - their support is tightly limited to their software, and they often end up putting issues down to Mac platform
Most of our team work ET hours
Additional areas that we anticipate needing technical help with in the future would include experience training teams, overseeing the migration of emails, and working with Sharepoint. Please indicate if you have experience in these areas.
