Required Accounting,Accounts Payable Management,Accounts Receivable Management,Bank Reconciliation,BookKeeping freelancer for Bookkeeper Needed job

Looking for an experienced bookkeeper who can help with A/R & A/P. Need solid knowledge with billing and collections. Also, need to make sure we pay in time and don't under/overpay.

Currently, my CPA is processing the payroll and doing monthly recs.

We use QBO. Our CRM is Zoho. Everything cloud-based.

You will be helping to run books for 2 entities:
1. Interworld Cleaning
2. Fix Construction

Requirements:
1. Solid accounting/bookkeeping knowledge
2. QBO knowledge
3. Strong verbal and writing skills
4. Previous inventory management skills is a plus but not a must

PS: Please note that we are not looking for a CPA. This is an entry-level position. When applying, please keep this in mind.
