Out of box CRM solution for database management for directory of serviced offices.
* Hold database of records I.e. 10k+ property addresses with 3 X descriptions I.e. brief description, property description, location description, up to 20 images ordered from primary image onwards, prices, 4 closest transport links.
* Disposition records with default status 'available'
* Agent can move status from 'available' to 'complete'. I.e. agents will add to missing data fields then update to 'completed'
* 'Completed' will move file out of 'available' status.
* Agents can only access 'available' records.
* Agent permissions to only update selected fields. All other fields will be view only.
* Field drop down for 'providers' agents will select 'provider'
* Agents can create a new 'provider' if not already present.
* New 'providers' to be queued for admin approval.
* 'Completed' records to be queued for admin approval.
* Admin status dispositions of; paused or trash.
* 'Paused' and 'trash' records will not be 'available' for agents to see.
* De-dupe for newly imported records. based upon address and price fields.
* De-dupe will also dupe against 'paused' and 'trash'
* Plugin for Wordpress database. I.e. the databases will mirror.
* Productivity tracking of agents.
