We are an up and coming growing E-commerce Shopify store ready to make a big bang in 2019
We're looking for someone to take orders/process order by phone/email/chat and manage customer support through phone/email/live chat. Our customers are looking to order products from our online store, change orders, track order shipment status, or learn about pricing, or they have a complaint. Skills needed for this project:
- Experience in customer support or phone/online orders
- Friendliness and exceptional communication skills
- Basic Data Entry, Intermediate email and chat customer support
- ZenDesk experience preferred
The pay is $3.00-$6.00/hr + bonuses after 1 month depending on your experience and performance.
