I am a Database Manager and Inside Sales Agent for a Real Estate Team in Arizona. I am looking for an assistant to help me with day to day Database Management and possibly calls. I'm looking for someone who will take initiative, be consistently available, and communicates well. Communication is key on our team. I am looking for previous experience in Real Estate CRM's such as Firepoint, CINI, BoonTown, and Follow up boss. Experience in Sisu, Call Action and Ylopo will be a huge plus.
TASKS:
- Work on day to day management tasks in the CRM
- Organize and maintain database
- Answer incoming Texts/Calls (Occasional)
- Send push notifications to clients
- Have open and constant communication with team
