I am seeking someone preferably seasoned, for an immediate opening for a Payroll Specialist.
You are guaranteed a minimum of 25-30 hours per week.

The following duties are a must:
  1. Familiarity with QuickBooks Pro, (we use enterprise edition
  2. Work directly with out-of-house CPAs, and owners of the business.
  3. Excellent filing skills.
  4. Microsoft Word.
  5. General Data Entry.
  6. Bank Reconciliation.
  7. Employee Expense Reports.
  8. General Office Duties.
  9. Weekly payroll duties.
