Looking for a Mobile Game Developer

This is my first time doing this, but I have an idea for a game. The game is called Shoot the pirate and the idea is pretty much you shoot a pirate out of a cannon kind of like that game that was popular a few years ago baseball boy. You can upgrade the cannon, and the pirate to try and go farther. Such as the type of cannon its strength, angle, speed etc. And you can make the pirate weigh more or more aerodynamic. There will be a store for cosmetics and for buying a type of premium currency like gems. Because I was thinking of using actual gold coins for the in game currency. I was thinking of having an advertisement after every few runs, or a type of treasure chest pop up that you can click to watch an advertisement for rewards. That is the project description, and just asking you if you think this sounds like a good idea, and if it does we can discuss more about it in details.
