ASP.Net 4.6 developer and will be used SQL Server 2017

Develop a two-phase, web-based barcoding application free of any third-party software or mobile application dependencies. The first phase will consist of functionality to enable the addition, removal and maintenance of items in inventory as a standalone application consistent with user experience expectations as defined in the requirements. The second phase will be fully integrated into a parent application being developed independently of the Phase2 barcode module. The expectation is that Phase1 will be developed first and then additional development will be added to the Phase1 code to complete Phase2.

Requirements. Attached are four (4) documents which are the business requirements for the development effort: Summary, Screenshot Mockups for Phase1, Screenshot Mockups for Phase2 and SQL Server database tables. Furthermore, the platforms will be SQL Server 2017 and ASP.Net 4.6. All development shall be using these standards. Note: reads from and writes to the database are required to be stored procedures, with any proposed exceptions to be preapproved. Most importantly, the expectation is that the application functionality will be 100% web-based, including the scanning of multiple barcodes directly into browser-based web pages (i.e., not requiring a mobile application with a daemon running to enable capture of barcode scans). Finally, the barcode scanning will consist of stationary and mobile users, connected via USB and/or Bluetooth, on desktop, tablets and mobile phones via a web browser.
