Database and BI

Hi -

This is an RFP for a wider piece of work around reformatting some and excel database into MySQL and building BI capability, using Tableau, PowerBI, or Python.

For the RFP we have a test set to answer several questions, the test (and future project) involves:
o Taking excel data and reformatting it into MySQL (only MySQL) input database
o Using the input database to calculate some simple metrics
o Charting out the metrics using supplied output templates

The deliverables of the RFP are:
o The outputs required, in either ppt, pdf, or image
o The workbooks/Scripts used in all three of PowerBI, Tableau, Python

The full project will involve converting -1,000 excel lines into a MySQL database and building several templates and calculations, for now please answer (high level using the above information)
o Timeline for completing the larger project
o Rough idea of cost
o Any other information on working together
