Wordpress Optimization Expert needed (front-end and back-end)

For my blog I need a Wordpress Expert who can optimize my plugins, files and site.

Problem: I am currently experiencing downtimes with Internal server error 500 messages and
too many processes running in background (hosting)

My website is slow loading and I need immediate troubleshooting and solutions.


Ongoing:

Once these acute issues are fixed I will be looking for someone to help with

- WordPress Speed Optimization Service

- Support - help managing my blog on a VPS hosting provider

- optimize active plugins and find if plugins are in conflict with each other.

- identify loading issues and get it running as fast as possible with focus on the Google Page Speed Insights score
- be able to identify the cause of slow loading speed and fix to get site to load under 1 or 2 seconds


Required / Abilities to successfully complete these tasks

- Google Page Speed Insights score improvement
- HTML, CSS, Javascript code minification
- Defer parsing of Javascript
- Combine CSS & JS Files
- CDN setup (Clodflare, MaxCDN etc..)
-GZIP compression activation
- Manual image optimization
-Caching configuration and many other tweaks needed to make site load as fast as never before
