Can I pay you to show me how/why you are the most awesome Salesforce Wizard I can hire?

Are you the best Salesforce Wizard/Guide/Admin/Trainer we can hire? Ill pay you $750 to prove it. Actually, Ill pay three people/firms to prove they are the best I can hire, and then Ill hire the best of those three to work with us long term.

Heres the scoop:
I have committed significant resources to build out a Salesforce platform for my financial planning firm, that once perfected, will be distributed to a hundred or so other financial planning firms I consult with around the country. Because this will eventually be a multi-year, six-figure contract, I want to be dang sure me and my team have got the right person(s) as we dont want to find someone new half way through the job.

Heres what I want/need for this initial investment, both to get an ROI on my money, and to decide who I should hire to work with me and my team for multiple years on a six-figure contract:

- Spend 1-3 hours evaluating our goals, brainstorming with my team and coming up with how
you will use your Salesforce Wizardry to both GUIDE us to success AND provide all of the
technical support/expertise we need.
- Help us prioritize our goals/objectives for Salesforce into phases.
- Assist with the selection between Salesforce or Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
Professional, Enterprise, or Unlimited.
- Create a scope of work and timeline for building out phases of this design process.
- Create a clear list of tasks our firm needs to complete to facilitate this process.
- Outline internal processes for training and standard operating procedures around our use of
Salesforce.
- Support on how to migrate our data from our current CRM (Redtail) to Salesforce.
- Based on our goals for Salesforce, identify potential roadblocks/issues that could derail our
plans.
We will be hiring three experts for this initial evaluation process. The one we like best will be hired for part or all of the actual implementation.

How will we pick the three people/firms?
- The winning consultant(s) will blow our minds with their attention to detail, their
understanding of our situation and their ability to share how theyve tackled similar projects in the past.
- Provide us a clear timeline of how quickly the work can be done, along with deadlines each
submitter is committed to following. Specifically, we want to pick our three by the end of May
and receive final deliverables from the three shortlisted people/firms the first of July.
- Our buildout schedule is July, August, September if this doesnt work for you, please dont
apply.
- Tell/show us things that we dont know that are super useful.
- Show us how you will give us white glove, concierge service. We want an amazing guide and
are willing to pay accordingly.
- Total pitch must be five pages or less not including samples of your work.
- Include project schedule samples from previous similar projects.
- Must have samples of your work - we are looking for how easy the final product is to use and
understand.
- An understanding of how you charge/quote projects.
- We included some sample reports we are currently doing manually (Excel), that we want to
have entirely automated and delivered from the CRM.
