Install and config CME on 3945 router

I purchased a refurbished 3945 router off ebay - it has the IP telephony service installed CME version 12.6 - which is set to factory defaults.

I would like someone to install the GUI and setup a basic configuration so that I can use a 7970G phone to make and it capable of making incoming calls and accept calls from the outside.

I have a subscription to a SIP trunk already.
