Im looking for assistance with developing a system to notify me if confused loved ones leave my house.

Each love one will wear a braclet, etc that will activate the signal.

Outside my house I will have multiple beacons, rfid readers etc

When braclet goes near beacons system should daily the phone numbers I tell it to alerting user to check exit.
