Drupal 7 expertise needed

Im developing a website on Drupal 7 and I need help with expanding certain modules and adding new functionalities. I will list some of the issues below, there are some other issues too, happy to discuss them further.

1. Currently, my rules for sending out reminder emails to users not working properly. I want to send users to emails (1) 1 day after they sign up if they have fields missing, (2) 1 week after they sign up if they have fields missing, (3) 1 month after last website visit, (4) 6 months after last website visit.
2. Phone module allows the field be validated against and formatted according to one country. I would like to make it multi country.
3. Users can request meeting with super users. I did the setup as content type, but now different users can setup meeting with super users for the same date. I need the whole experience to be improved.
4. Bootstrap Tour module needs some fixing and feature expanding.
