Single family rental business looking to hire a virtual property manager to oversee 60 properties. Property manager will be responsible for tenant communications, screening applicants, e-leasing, managing move-in process, collection of electronic payments, and fielding calls for maintenance requests with already established network of local handymen and service companies. Property manager will work with accountant to get bills paid and input into Buildium. Experience with Buildium and direct communication style a must.
