Build Facebook App to Collect Ad and Page Data

What were looking for:
We want someone who can build a simple Facebook App that allows us to access data on peoples Ads and behavior on their pages. These individuals will be part of a research study and will be aware that this app will be collecting their data. The research study provides these people with free facebook advertising credits and support.

The idea is that people install this app and then we use the app and associated script to regularly download data from about 2500 app installs. The data we want are most available fields with respect to how many ads theyve placed, the performance of those ads, the amount they spent, etc. We also want data on how many posts they made on their FB business pages and the performance of those posts and other metrics associated with their business page.

Wed want to be able to download these data on a weekly basis, or maybe every other week.

We would like to get this done ASAP. The right developer will have experience with the FB app platform and Facebook APIs.
