We are a small pretty well established company and we had an attorney that helped organize everything for us over the last few years. Unfortunately he took a job and we are now looking for someone to help us with our various needs that pop up from time to time. Updating an operating agreement, review an e-mail or new types of marketing materials, read and help us interpret new legislation related to the energy industry, etc.
