Need Google Sheet Expert with Experience in creating Formulas and Generators

We are a buyback company that specializes in electronic trade. We have a master price list on google sheets which lists all of the devices we purchase and the prices we pay for each device.

The prices on our master price list are generated by first comparing what our 3 buyers are paying to find the highest price then applying a set of formulas (that we have created) to the highest price to get our paying price.

We are looking for an google sheets expert with significant experience with using and creating formulas and generators in google sheets.

This job also requires strong math skills, attention to detail and data entry skills. Freelancer must be available during eastern standard time.

Looking for a single freelancer or agency to fulfill this position as soon as possible. We will be paying $500 up front for the formatting of the list. An additional fee, to be discussed, will also be paid for training on how to maintain the list or a weekly payment for maintenance of the list.


Job Summary:
-Update the design and format of my current price list so that it is reflective of all the possible outcomes listed in all of our buyers price list and it can be easily understood by my staff.
-Create a generator that can convert each buyers price list into a google sheets format so the lists can easily be compared against one another
-Create a generator that can automatically compare each buyers price for each device in order to find the highest paying buyer for each item
-Create a generator that can apply the top buyers price to a set of formulas we have created.
-Create a generator to automatically add each price to our master price list.
