Get my hikvision security camera system working on my iphone on 3/4G

I have a Hikvision NVR
It used to work on my iphone and still does on wifi when at home.
I cant connect through Hik connect when away from home and on the mobile phone network.
Not sure what has changed for it not to work anymore.
