Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 expert developer required

We are looking for an expert MS Dynamics 2016 on premises developer. We have a long-term highly functional existing implementation with around 50 custom entities, and we need to continue to develop it.

This work is immediate and ongoing. If the relationship works out, this contract could result in hundreds, or even thousands, of hours of work.

We use TypeScript, not JavaScript.
We use SSDT, with all of our SQL Server development taking place within Visual Studio.
All of our code is in VB.Net.
We use early binding for our CRM implementation.
We use the XRM Toolkit.

>Your previous experience in undertaking these activities

>>(This is critical, since we will be speaking constantly over an open Skype call.)
>Whether you can work week-ends and late at night during the week (London time)
>That you are comfortable with a side-by-side working approach via a remote working session (e.g., via LogMeIn), with both parties discussing logic, taking turns manipulating the keyboard and mouse, and agreeing the work on a step-by-step basis (Please note that we are very technical and require a hands-on involvement in development activities. We will not poach your staff members.)
>Confirmation that you use 2 monitors (We use ScreenConnect on machines which have two monitors attached to them.)

We have recently done a lot of work on our network environment, so we have a stable and helpful Windows Server based operating environment.
