WebRTC compatibility with iOS and macOS over the open net.

Currently I have functioning WebRTC application that only works within network. It does not work over the open web with macOS (or iOS). Project requires whatever work would be needed to make functional over the open web for iOS and macOS. I can provide additional details if youre interested.

It is my goal to have this completed in a 48 hours - need to work quickly and have large budget.
