Double Pulse Tester setup for SiC and GaN HEMT device

I am looking for an electronic engineer to help me with designing the circuits that could perform double pulse test for SiC and GaN power devices. The setup will be built from scratch, including: safety circuit, gate driver, power supply converter (from mains to circuit), a main board (with capacitor banks to charge the circuit up to 400V, 800V, 1200V), and a daughter board to mount the Device under test.
Previous experience with power device characterization is welcomed.
