I have Avaya system in Enterprise environment and I face the following issues

1. Equinox (android/windows)

Equinox application can register ,but not able to communicate audio or video (external )

2. Equinox on iOS

The Equinox application (iOS) cannot register and communicate at all. (external)

3. Video Conferencing

Video conference doesnt work between video endpoints in ad hoc fashion .

4. Web Portal

Unified portal for video conferencing to invite external parties (external/internal).

5. Auto configuration

User login to Equinox with automatic settings configuration (external/internal).

we need expert to fix it remotely
