Stand up a membership optin for my website

I have a website. I love the layout. I can work on it myself. It is Divi theme. I want to add a membership back end to the site.

1. Create 2-page membership in the back end of the site.
2. Create a database that stores name, email, date of birth and mailing address of members

Add a place for members to post on our facebook page from the website.
I will share a link to department of state information for updates with shortlisted candidates.

A forum for adding blog content from content contributors.
A place where people can post questions for subject matter experts

The landing page where members will opt in and pay for the membership. It will be a p-aypal payment process with the opt in. I will be giving away a trip for those that opt in to the membership site. They need to create a username and password. It is an annual opt in that will renew on the year anniversary. I want to make it available for them to opt out as well.
