Remote Architecture Job In Engineering And Architecture

Arduino code for dc motor, stepper motor and micro switches

Find more Architecture remote jobs posted recently Worldwide

I have all the hardware as i did plan on doing it myself but time is not something i have a lot of so really looking for someone who can do it for me.

The system uses Arduino and is as such:
1. A solenoid lock opens (retracts) allowing a sprung door to open, the lock closes again two seconds later (the door however remains open)
2. A micro switch will feed back to the Arduino that the hatch is open enough for the next thing (just in case something stopped the door from opening fully)...
3. A 28BYJ-48 stepper motor ULN2003 driver then operates anti clockwise (at the moment) until what it is moving hits a micro switch telling it to stop for 10 seconds...
4. As well as stopping the stepper motor for 10 seconds it also tells a relay switch to open, allowing 4 LEDs to be lit up for 5 seconds (i will possibly need to adjust this time up or down during trials), each LED takes between 1.5 - 6v so i may want to vary that by changing resistors during trials. Either way the relay will open up four separate channels on the relay one per LED.
5. After 5 seconds of LED light the relays will close (LEDs off).
6. Five seconds after the LEDs turn off the stepper motor will then rotate clockwise back to where it started, stopping when another micro switch is pressed by the object the stepper motor is moving.
7. It is now that the one-channel rf remote will be manually used to operate the DC motor, one click of the remote starts the motor, not sure whether its clockwise or anti clockwise yet so ill need to change between both during trials potentially. I will buy another switch that will be separate from the remote as i will need to operate the DC motor back the opposite way during trials manually. I presume this forward/neutral/reverse switch will simple attached directly to the DC motor and not through Arduino.
8. Lastly there will be a micro switch used to stop the DC motor when what its moving reaches a certain point.
The End

So no hardware is needed just the code for each component, together in order, i could always bring the stuff to you to take a look and make your own notes rather than read mine.

I look forward to hearing what you think, it is very simple i know but the order in which things happen are key.
