Im looking to create an app that allows users to shop online at local stores and have the products delivered within the same day. I havent decided if I want the app to connect to drivers in the area, or have my own delivery fleet. Im looking for an experienced app developer. More details will be provided. I am open to new ideas and creativity within the project. Some guidelines for the app:

Functions:
- The app should be able to have access to retailers in a certain mile radius of the customer using the app.
- The customer should be able to search retailers sites through the app to see which items they have in stock.
- The customer should then be able to choose a product they want and add it to the cart built into the app
- The app should be able to generate a price that includes the price of the product, the delivery fee, and whatever other fees needed to make a profit
- The delivery fee should be based off the products proximity to the customer
- Drivers in the area should be contacted when a customer submits an order
- Drivers can accept the order which also notifies the customer
- The app should provide an accurate estimate of how long it will take for their order to arrive
- The app should have a GPS/tracking feature so that the customer can see when their order is coming
