The experts should have Analytical and problem-solving skills, Literature searching skills to find relevant patent and scientific literature and information regarding competing technologies for required product. (manufacturing technology enable the chlorine dioxide and air activation method to destroy the structure of cell membranes of viruses and bacteria to achieve 99.9% sterilization, disinfection and antibacterial, and also has a deodorizing effect.).
