Digital Marketing Recruiter

We are a large and growing Digital marketing company seeking a career minded, energetic and motivated Marketing Recruiter to join this rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for e-commerce / Digital marketing positions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-This individual will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of digital marketing positions, including media buyers, conversion optimization specialists. The recruiter will also be in charge of recruiting for non-technical positions.
-Research and locate active/passive job seekers via cold calling, company targeting, referral pipelines, skill targeting, job boards, and LinkedIn
-Build a pipeline of candidates and match profiles to open job opportunities
-Document and log all recruitment and sales activity in company project management system
-Checks references, Perform background/ criminal checks, run credit and performs all other due diligence on a potential candidate
-Partner with hiring managers to determine required skills, experience and KPIs

Requirements:
-At least 3 years of full life cycle corporate recruiting experience OR five years of agency recruiting experience filling a wide range of positions.
-Understanding of the digital marketing industry or desire to learn
-Strong relationship building skills
-Charismatic, friendly and warm personality
-Highly motivated self-starter
-Technical aptitude and experience in using CRMs
-Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and work ethic
-Experience in recruiting for Senior level positions less
