Developer Needed For Product Authentication System

We are a popular vape brand that needs a developer for our product authenticator. We have a list of millions codes in an excel csv. We need a system in which we can host on our site where our customers can enter their code and it verifies whether the product is authentic or not based off the list we provide. It also needs to be able to make that code unusable after it has been entered.

We are not exactly sure what type of developer we would need, but we need this done as soon as possible.
