We are a company with multiple servers in a data center with multiple virtual machines for our clients on each.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience to help us manage the infrastructure and be able to do a deep analysis of any issues with speed and connection.

We are also hoping to find someone with experience in monitoring server farms that can help up optimize the configuration and recommend best practices as well as recommend monitoring and management tools we can use to optimize our server performances.
