NEED Software Development Company for CUSTOM APPLICATION FOR US IT STAFFING COMPANY

We are looking for Freelance who has expertise in Designing Custom Application from scratch, Requirement gathering to Implementation, including User Interface Design, DataBase design, application design and development.

We are an IT Staffing and IT Consulting Company based in USA. We would like to create custom software application to store Human resource information such as Employees information. In addition, we would like to store projects each employee assigned to, their billing to client, Payments, cost of each employee, profitability on each employee. Also, would like to store and track other expenses such as office rent, travel, legal and other expenses. Calculate Sales and Recruiting incentives. Create work flow from prospective consultant to employees on board and their assignment to project.
Also, would like to create following
- Time Tracking, Assignment of work and status reports ( An email shall be send to employees with list of tasks they need to perform, Also publish list of task they need to perform into employee portal for them to view, they shall be able to updated tasks they performed, status reports and various other activities related to their projects
- Create internal controls to perform below
- Billing VS payments or salaries
- Actual Wages to Prevailing Wages
- Employment Regulatory Compliance
- Store Employees Documents
- Track Non-Immigrant work permits and their authorized duration to work in US
- Template to issue Offer letters, Benefits Enrollment, Salary Advances, Experience letters
- HR & Employee Support desk
- Ticketing system for ERM Team to ensure they are providing on time support to employees
- Application to tracking Recruiting and Sales Team work and activity on Day to Day basis
