Hello, I am looking for a developer to help me build out a web based application platform from the ground up.

I am looking for someone who is skilled, proficient and efficient in web development and platform build out and who is versatile in the coding languages necessary to do so. With this, I am looking for someone who also has a solid knowledge in maintaining platform security and risk mitigation.

For the right candidate, this will be an extended period of work potentially lasting many months accumulating many hours with the possibility for full time employment.
