Setup and load balance two Assterisk servers

Looking for a VoIP guru who can setup a Kamailio instance, along with two Asterisk servers to handle both IPv4 and IPv6 connections via SIP. Kamailio should use an Amazon RDS (MySQL) instance to store call/server information. Fail2ban or similar software should be installed to limit war dialing/brute force attacks against the servers. Also, a daemon will need to be created to upload any monitor/recording files from both Asterisk instances to Amazon S3. There also needs to be health checks for both Asterisk instances, and a way to alert when an Asterisk instance is down, and possibly try to self-recover the Asterisk instance if it goes down.
