Wordpress developer for custom plugin dev and theme customization

I am looking for various customizations and features to be built for a news website

These features can be delivered as plugins or customizations as needed

I only have 2 weeks to develop all the features and looking for daily progress

Customizations range from custom templates, pages, CMS features and more

Some of what I need:
- A page that shows a select number of authors, it shows their name, pic, latest article and article count. When an admin user is adding an article, they can select one of those authors and their image and name will be added to the article automatically
This can be made as a plugin or whatever you see fit. Should be easy to move from site to another

- Home page article slider that shows a select number of articles with the ability to customize their order manually

- Home page widget to show list of articles by a set number of categories (tabs) and can be added to/removed from manually

- Adding around 70 custom ad spots that show up in various places around the site. some can be shown only on mobile site. The ad spots contain the google ad code. The ad spots have a set size
