C# programmer for Unity game concept

Good day,

Im an amateurish 3d artist digging into Unity.
I am trying to develop a game, but I dont have any programming skills, so I obviously cant go far. I have come up with an idea for a game and have been trying to get things going, buying assets and such to make my models work, but I always come to a halt down the Ok, now how do I make this work path.

So I am looking for a C# programmer that can spring my models into life, and get various systems going.

I am not working on this professionaly, so I wont be paying your monthly bill until we get a kickstarter up and funding. I could pay a small ammount, but it would come out of my current job wages (I work as an administrator) so you can imagine its not going to be much.
