3D/CAD designer to create concept and 3D design

WHAT AND WHY:
We need a 3D object that will represent the career ladder at our company. This object will be used as an interactive tool to teach our employees about career progression path at our company. The final piece to be used as a 3D puzzle.


DELIVERABLES:

1. 3-4 Concept ideas beyond what weve already come up with internally
2. 3D Model of the final concept \u2014 3D design file that will be used for 3d printing. Model should be easily transported and fit on a table (max dimensions of 20x20x20)


DESIGNER:
We are looking for either a 3D designer who has experience conceptualizing unique ideas of their own while also having the skillset to turn the concept into a 3D design for real-world production.

VISUAL REFERENCE:
Ive included a 2D mockup of the design that weve already put thought into internally. We are looking to push this current design further into a more conceptual idea. One idea was a DNA double helix.

I will share 3 reference file with selected person
1. Original chart from a powerpoint presentation. This shows the root idea of what we are trying to turn into a 3D object: 1 path that splits in the middle but joins again at the top.
2. 2D mockup -This was our internal approach at thinking of how to make this into an interactive piece
3. Image of a Double Helix idea weve considered, we like this concept but are open to interpretations of how to execute it with our given chart structure and also making it as an interactive puzzle that employees can build.
