QuickBooks bookkeeping for Vacation Rental Company plus Admin Support

We need freelance bookkeeper expertise in payroll, accounts receivable, and filing monthly taxes. Also this person would help with customer service in Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, and handling reservations communications.

Services and deliverables:
- Send invoices and keep track of monthly accounts receivable
- Write checks to vendors and other accounts payable
- Handle bimonthly payroll obligations
- Complete monthly state and federal tax forms

Special requirements for this project:
- Experience with QuickBooks accounting software
- Airbnb and property management knowledge and experience
