Channel Advisor E-Commerce Data Specialist - Expert Support specialists

We are is searching for candidates to work remotely - seeking an Experienced Channel Advisor E-commerce Listing Specialist. You would be responsible for listings, mapping, and optimization of our products that are sold online. Products are sold on multiple marketplaces through Channel Advisor and the shopify platform using excel data spreadsheets.

We are looking for a qualified and motivated full-time candidate to join our team. The daily goal of your job will be to optimize all products sold online through multiple channels - such as Amazon and Ebay - and our Deluxe Comfort and branded other websites. Refining and consistently improving our product listings is the single most important job in maximizing sales for our company. To succeed in this position you MUST be a detail-oriented, organized self-starter with past online catalog management experience. You musct know how to do Vlook ups on spreadsheets.

The Role:
You will create, enhance, edit and troubleshoot product listings to ensure data is mapping correctly and appearing as intended on all sellers platforms.
You will be using Channel Advisor to manage our product listings on all third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.).

Job Description:
Data Work:
Perform site audits by cross-referencing data in MS Excel
Mine volumes of data for specific details according to instructions provided, and upload information onto prescribed databases with total accuracy
Manage the on-site shopping experience through effective use of tagging and keywords, including keyword research through Helium 10 and Merchant words.

Manage Channel Advisor database for all product attributes, specifications and images
Upload spreadsheets using Bulk Upload templates

Writing/Editing:
Write new and existing product setups, map them, edit and correct them as needed
Proofread and edit product descriptions and information

Merchandising:
Determine key product placement based on category objectives

Management
Coordinate Marketplace promotions/sales with marketing department

Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience with Channel Advisor and online product catalog management
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Working knowledge of E-commerce platforms/tools, Magento or Shopify , Channel Advisor, Amazon

You must be able to quickly learn and operate in the system with the speed and accuracy
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Willingness to take initiatives & responsibility for completing projects. You MUST be a closer.
