Standarize data in MongoDB using JSON templates

I have a data sitting in mongdb

1) i need to Read each document from MongoDB and mapped to particular template.(which is in JSON )
2) based on the mapped template i need to keep only those attributes for final stage
3) i need to insert back that document to mongodb using orm or mongoenine

4) goal is to keep only specific keys to MongoDB ( original document contains more data, but new standard data has only required field which are in JSON template
