Interior Lighting Layout for Residential House

We are looking for an experienced lighting designer to work with us to compete the lighting layout of a 5 bedroom house that we are developing. You will need to be using Dialux or a similar program. We need a practical yet functional and beautiful lighting design that allows the light to flow through the house. We want someone who is happy to play with lighting ideas but still retains key lighting levels depending on the rooms usage.

It will be a structured payment as we go room by room to ensure that we are happy with your work and that the requirements are clear and to avoid any confusion.
