Looking for a part-time manual test engineer

We need a part time tester who can work around 20-30 hours per week (mostly working on mid-week like Tuesday - Thursday) and should be available to take phone calls or skype message between 2pm to 10pm PST (US time) daily.
1. Web application
2. Cross browser testing
3. Call center solution
4. Loan management system (web application)

Responsibilities
- Should be only available working between 2pm to 10pm PST (US time)
- Should be available working between 2pm to 10pm PST (US time) and actively participating conference call and provide status updates.
- Should be familiar with web application testing
- Should be comfortable testing voice based call center solution
- Should be able to good at coming up test cases
- Should be able to do manual regression testing and smoke testing
- Should be able to track bugs and update status
- Should be able to speak English fluently and participate the status meeting
